About the cotton filter installation

Recently we got the feedback about diffuser not spray fragrance.

most of the problem happened because of the cotton filter and the spring install position is not correct .

the correct position is :1,please install the spring is under the cotton filter (as the picture below ), which is to make sure the cotton filter to connect the nozzles well .

2,if the install right but still not spray or very small, please try extendthe spring a little more , which will make the cotton filter connect the diffuser nozzles more fully

3,further more , please use a cotton cotton swabs lightly wipe the nozzle and try again ,switch the spray speed frequenly to clean the nozzle

Does not work if the car is stopped. I have been using it for a week and my car is not scented because the product automatically turns off when the car is stopped. The delivery was super fast and when the car is turned on the operation is good, but you don't have a smelly car in the morning when you go to work because the car was turned off all night without the product working.

Good quality, pleasant aroma. The only thing I don't quite understand how the device works, you need to figure out how to turn it off and what modes are adjusted
