Feels light I thought that would be bad but it doesn't help much for total weight. At the beginning it is difficult to understand how to place them but with practice they are perfect. The only detail that can be loosened a little at times. Still for the price is excellent.

Upgraded my Quest 3 with this strap I must admit it is much better than I expected. Quality is no worse or better than other more expensive straps. It is very comfortable although a bit bulky and you may need to buy a larger carrying. bag if you only have the standard Quest 3 bag. This headband coupled with a vented face gasket recently bought on here makes Quest 3 a very comfortable thing to use and wear.
