How to choose the watch?

“EU Asia AFR Oceania” stands for European, Asian, African, and Oceanian region. If your country is in this region, please select this version.

“North South America” stands for North American, South American region. If your country is in this region, please select this version.

How to use the watch?

1. Please be sure the watch is turned off before inserting sim card.
2. Please be sure watch is fully charged.
3. Please be sure your 4G network sim card must be unlocked without Pin code. Then carefully and evenly insert it into the watch card slot.
4. Then keep pressing the power button for 5 seconds, until the boot screen appears.
5. Please wait 1-2 mintutes for your sim card network available, which you can find the drop-down menu from main menu.
6. Please note if your nearby network signal is too weak, like only 2G or 3G network nearby, or in no signal in garage or basement, it is your sim card network problem, not watch. Please move around for a larger, opener space.
7. Please note if your nearby network signal is too weak, it may affect your watch to connect to APP. Please move around for a larger, opener space for better network signal.
