The keyboard has multiple defects and limitations. The user manual is illegible, and the app's functions are very restricted, allowing only 'family' users with no option for an administrator. The voice menu is confusing, and because the device relies solely on voice commands, resetting it is impossible without clear instructions. Information about functionality is severely lacking. Although the device has potential, these limitations make it fall short of expectations. I already have another model that is more complete and efficient at the same price. I am requesting a return."

Its manual is week. NO/COM/NC are dry contact. After power outage the sound level resets to loud. Security risk: if the password is within a long entry, then it accepts e.g. "426885111117421667 OK" will be accepted when the password is 11111. Tuya GW has USB-C, USB-USBC cable attached. GW seems to be robust.

The product is good. First of all, set a password on your device. Tuya, even if you set a password in Smart life, if you do not set the password on your device, it is in seconds outside if you select the VAlate Settings, it will just be initialized.
